      How do I know if my order was placed?

      As soon as you click "Pay Now" on the Checkout page and payment for your order is approved, a page will display showing that your order has been placed successfully!  As soon as this happens, an Order Confirmation E-mail will be sent to the E-Mail provided which contains your Order Summary as well as your Customer Shipping and Billing information.

      If you did not receive your Shipping Confirmation E-Mail, please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders just in case.  If you still can't find the E-Mail, please feel free to E-Mail us at contact@sharingmylove.shop and we will send this information over to you!

       

      How long will it take for my order to arrive?

      Order processing and shipping times depend on many different factors.  Although orders are typically processed within 5-6 business days and shipped within 8-14 business days, we do our absolute best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible!

      Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer than expected.  Please be patient as we will do our very best to get your order delivered as soon as possible.  Thank you for understanding and God Bless!

       

      How can I track my order?

      After your order has been processed on our end, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-Mail which contains your Order Tracking information.  This E-Mail contains your tracking number, as well as a link to click on to see where your package is along the way!

      If you did not receive your Shipping Confirmation E-Mail, please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders just in case.  If you still can't find the E-Mail, please feel free to E-Mail us at contact@sharingmylove.shop and we will send this information over to you!

       

      My Tracking information says my shipment was delivered but I never got it.  Where is my order?

      Before placing your order, please double check that the Shipping Address you entered is in a secure location.  Sharing My Love is not responsible for stolen packages.

      Also, please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.  Any returned packages are subject to additional shipping charges.

      For additional information regarding your package, it may be a good idea to reach out directly to the Shipping Carrier in your area with your Tracking Number to see if they may have additional information regarding your package.

      Lastly, don't forget to check with your neighbors!  There is always a chance the package was mistakenly picked up by one of them!

       

      I placed an order but made a mistake.  What can I do?

      Mistakes happen to the best of us!  As soon as an order is placed, a confirmation webpage will show your order and links to "Edit order" or "Cancel order".  Customers are able to make changes to their order for up to 1 hour after an order is placed, so please be sure to double check everything before and after you place your order! 

      Your Order Confirmation E-Mail will also contain these links as well so please be sure to check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folders for this E-Mail!

       

      Can I return or exchange items in my order?

      Not in love with your order?  We will gladly accepting returns within 7 days after receiving your products with the exception of the Christian Apparel collection and Christmas T-Shirt collection, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  Please make sure all products are unworn, unused, in the same conditions they were received, and have the tags still attached.

      Can I get a refund on my delivery charge after making my return?

      Unfortunately we cannot process refunds for duties, taxes, or any return shipping charges you, the customer, may incur.

      What do I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

      In the rare case that one of the items in your package is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@sharingmylove.shop within 7 days and be sure to include pictures of your item and its damages.

      How do I know if a product will fit?

      We understand that it can be difficult to shop for clothing without being able to try it on!  Although the product sizing is different for each item, we provide detailed sizing information for each product in the product description!  Please be sure to carefully review this information before purchasing and let us know if you have any additional questions by E-Mailing us at contact@sharingmylove.shop!

       

      I only received part of my order.  Where is the rest of my order?

      We do our best to ship all items in one package, but sometimes items are located in more than one warehouse.  Typically we will include multiple tracking numbers for each item, but in case you don't receive the items together, please feel free to E-Mail us at contact@sharingmylove.shop and we will check on the rest of the order for you!

       

      Does Sharing My Love ship internationally?

      At this time, we only ship and accept payments to and from customers living in the United States, but we hope to expand globally in the future!

       

      Why won't my Discount Code work?

      Congrats on receiving your Discount Code! 

      When entering your code at Checkout, make sure your code doesn't contain any spaces or extra characters.  You can try copying and pasting the code exactly as you received it into the "Discount code" box then after clicking "Apply" you should see your new Order Total with the discount included!
